Ghee

Cow Ghee

1000 ml/500 ml

Ghee is a simple Indian food ingredient that is with numerous benefits. One should include at least one spoon of ghee in daily diet as it is essential for absorption of various vitamins and minerals. One could consume ghee directly, or add it to daal, pulses or even apply on their chapatis (flat bread).

Ghee is sometimes preferred over regular butter due to its rich, nutty flavor and longer shelf life. It also lacks the milk solids and water found in regular butter, making it suitable for lactose-intolerant individuals and for cooking at higher temperatures without burning. It is less likely to produce dangerous free radicals when heated to high temperatures, which can happen with some other cooking oils.

Butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid that is good for gut health, is also found in large amounts in ghee. It helps keep the walls of the intestines healthy, which is good for digestion and lowers inflammation.

SRC Cow Ghee

Our healthy cows are milked through automatic milking parlor where we assure hygienic milk is produced consistently. The antibiotic free, toxin free, adulteration free, clean and hygienic milk is boiled and cream is separated, then it is fermented with bacterial culture in a traditional method of incubation. The fermentation process helps to develop the rich nutty flavor and maintains the aroma longer time.

The fermented milk solids then heated until all the ghee fatty acids are melted, strain the liquid to get purest form of ghee. Ghee is then undergoing rigorous testing and meets specific quality standards before packing.
