Fair, clear, and practical refund support

Because our products are fresh and perishable, refund decisions depend on the type of issue, timing of the complaint, and order status.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how SRC Farms handles refunds, wallet adjustments, cancellations, and complaint-based credits for orders placed through our app or website.

We aim to resolve genuine issues fairly while preserving the freshness-sensitive nature of our dairy delivery operations.

2. Wallet Refunds

SRC Farms uses a prepaid wallet system for subscriptions and product orders. In general, wallet recharges are intended for use within the platform.

Refunds of unused wallet balance may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate payments, erroneous recharge processing, or account closure requests, subject to verification.

Cashback credits, promotional bonus amounts, and offer-based rewards are not refundable or transferable to a bank account.

3. Cancelled or Failed Orders

If an order is cancelled by SRC Farms before delivery, the amount paid for that order will normally be credited back to your wallet.

If delivery fails due to our operational issue, address handling issue on our side, or a confirmed service failure, an appropriate wallet adjustment or replacement may be provided.

If delivery fails because the recipient was unavailable, access was blocked, or address details were incorrect, a refund may not be applicable.

4. Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, leaking, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant details and photos where available.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, wallet credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Complaints should be raised promptly after delivery so that we can properly investigate and support the issue.

5. Subscription Changes and Pauses

Users may pause or modify subscriptions through the app or by contacting support, subject to the operational cut-off time applicable to the next delivery cycle.

Charges already applied for completed deliveries or already-dispatched orders are generally not refundable.

Any approved adjustment for future paused deliveries will typically be reflected in your wallet balance.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are generally non-refundable:

  • โœ—Successfully delivered and accepted perishable products
  • โœ—Late complaints raised after a reasonable quality reporting window
  • โœ—Promotional credits, bonus wallet amounts, or coupon-linked benefits
  • โœ—Failed delivery caused by incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or access restrictions
  • โœ—Partially used subscription value already consumed through deliveries

7. Refund Process
