Yes, it is mandatory to boil the milk before consumption. Our milk reaches your doorstep in its most natural form post-milking, so boiling ensures complete safety for your family.

Most commercial milk contains both A1 and A2 proteins. A2 milk comes from cows with A2A2 genes that naturally produce only A2 protein. The key difference: A1 protein contains a histidine amino acid that some people are allergic to, while A2 protein is comparatively easier to digest — making it ideal for sensitive stomachs.

SRC Farms offers non-standardised, antibiotic-free, preservative-free, toxin-free, unadulterated, and low-bacterial-count cow milk. It is maintained at a constant 4°C, providing a protein-rich, distinct-flavoured, creamier milk compared to regular commercially sourced milk.

Providing certified organic milk is highly challenging, but we achieve something better — residue-free milk. We test all feed ingredients for toxins, pesticide residue, heavy metals, and anti-nutritional factors. This makes our milk zero-residue milk, which is effectively cleaner than most organic alternatives.

Milk is chilled and preserved at 4°C from the moment of milking. This optimal temperature keeps bacterial count low, extends shelf life, and maintains freshness and purity right up to your doorstep.

We prioritize cow health through comfort, balanced nutrition, regular vaccines, and top-tier barn hygiene — all of which reduce the need for antibiotics. When cows fall ill, we rely on homeopathy and naturopathy treatments first. If antibiotics are ever necessary, that cow's milk is completely separated and discarded — never mixed with the supply.

We have an in-house laboratory with rigorous quality checks at every touchpoint in our production and supply chain. This ensures our dairy products retain their original state and reach you in their purest form.

None whatsoever. Since our milk is single-origin, residue-free, adulteration-free, and antibiotic-free, there is no need for preservatives. We do not use any additives or preservatives in any of our milk or dairy products.

Orders for milk, dahi, and paneer placed before 6:00 PM are delivered the next morning before 8:00 AM. For other products like ghee, please allow 2 working days for delivery.

Our refrigerated vehicles maintain milk quality throughout transit. GPS monitoring tracks every route from our depot to your local area, and door-to-door deliveries are monitored via the SRC Farms app for full transparency.

We use tamper-proof packaging. Milk is then transported in refrigerated vehicles that maintain 4°C throughout the entire delivery journey — from our farm to your front door.

To unlock your reward, the friend you refer (referee) must add a minimum of ₹2,000 to their wallet or make a minimum purchase of ₹2,000. Once this condition is met, both you and your friend receive your rewards automatically.

The referrer (you) gets 3 litres of free milk. The referee (your friend) gets 1 litre of free milk. The friend you refer must be a completely new SRC Farms customer — not an existing one. The referrer can be either an existing or a new customer.

When your friend registers on the SRC Farms app, they must enter your referral code during sign-up. If the referee logs in without entering the referral code, neither party will receive the reward — so make sure to share your code before they register!
